March is the time of year when it starts to feel like spring. The sun feels a little warmer, tulips start to bloom, and the balmy air lets us know that we can start coming out from our winter hibernation. So for the month of March, Newcomers has a very full calendar to get you out to enjoy the (hopefully) warmer weather. The month kicks off with our annual Summer Camp
and Activity Fair (pg 7). This free event is open to everyone, not just Newcomers members, so bring a friend! It’s a great opportunity to see all the wonderful summer programs for kids in town and the surrounding area. There’s plenty going on this month for everyone - kids, men, women and couples.

We encourage all guys to come out for the Men’s Night Out this month at the Ancient Mariner (pg 12) and the ever-popular Winetasters should be very educational this month, as it will feature a sommelier from Cellar XV to teach us all about the Italian wines featured at the event (pg 12).

With so much going on this month, there’s no excuse not to come out and meet some new friends! As always, if you have any ideas for other events you’d like to see, please let us know! Newcomers relies on our members to run the events each month and we’re always happy to help organize something new.
