Couples Night Out: Cheese and Wine Class

Love cheese? Love wine? How about learning how to make the best choices in pairing them together! 

Want to learn more but don’t know where to start? Get the basic 4-1-1 with Monica at 109 Cheese and Wine. She will not only inform us on the in’s and out’s of cheese tasting and pairing, but will also tell us the secrets of how cheese is made. That’s not all — we’ll actually make a fresh cheese during class, which we will see from start to finish and get to taste. We won’t know what type of cheese we’re making until we come to class, so sign up to find out! Class starts with a few cheesy appetizers, followed by an interactive guided tasting of 4 wines and 4 cheeses. For those who might want more than the wine tasting (read: ME) we will also be able to purchase bottles from the wine shop to drink throughout the night. What could be better than a night of wine and cheese?! And we might just learn a little too! The space fits 30 people, so act fast!

Because I'm a big fan of the "Couples Night Out After Party", let's take advantage of our night out and head over to Bartolo's for some more food and drinks after the cheese class! Please let me know if you'll be joining us at Bartolo's so I can give them a heads up.
