FARM TO TABLE DINNER

AT LOUNSBURY HOUSE

 

Our Second Farm to Table Dinner of the season will take place on Thursday, July 23rd at 6:30pm on the beautiful wrap around porch of the recently renovated Lounsbury House on Main Street.  Come and enjoy an elegant evening with new and old friends alike, and a delicious meal served family style catered by Chef Dona, Private Chef, Caterer and Founder of GeorgianCook, LLC. There will be a raffle and door prizes.  Tickets are $55.00 per person. For more information or to make a reservation, please call 203-438-6962.

Hors d'oeuvres:

 

Crostini with green pea pesto with pine nuts and parmesan

Salmon croquettes with capers and dill served with lemon dill aioli

Goat cheese crostini topped with oven roasted cherry tomatoes

 

Appetizer/salad

Arugula salad with watermelon cubes and crumbled feta with balsamic vinaigrette

 

Main course and side dishes:

Chicken Prosciutto Parmigiana

Quinoa Salad with fresh peas and corn

Grilled veggie patter with tomatoes, mozzarella and balsamic dressing

Oven roasted rosemary fingerling potatoes

 

Dessert

Lemon blueberry tea cake with berry coulis and homemade whipped cream

additional beverages that you may choose.
