Welcome Ladles and Gentlebeans!
In September, Karen and Dave Yagnesak will be hosting our inaugural event, a Chili Cook-Off, on Saturday, September 19th, at 6:30. Bowl us over with your homemade chili and maybe you'll win the 2015 Chili Cook-Off Traveling Trophy! These are high stakes! ;) Bring your chili ready to serve (small sample containers will be provided). Also bring a chili-friendly side dish if you wish. Although this is a friendly competition, smack talk is greatly appreciated.
Cumin meat everyone and you'd pepper be ready for a showdown. Chili-ax and have a great time. (Okay, I'm done with the bad jokes now.) (Come on, you know you like them.)

About the Cooking Club...This is the COOKING Club, cooking is required, so please show up with the expected dish. In the past, we have had people show up to partake but not participate. Really, it has happened. Also, please bring your own beverage or one to share so the hosts don't have to provide alcohol for everyone.
