Holiday Cookie Exchange and Yankee Swap
Please join us on December 9th, 11:00 a.m., at Marianne Ehrlinspiel's house for a Holiday Cookie Exchange. Let's make this one a little more fun, shall we?!
In addition to bringing your cookies, please bring your choice of alcohol, festively wrapped (no name tags, please), for a Yankee Swap. Be creative! Bring one or more bottles of alcohol, a drink kit with recipe included, or some other boozy item. Remember, no one likes a bad Santa so bring something that will entice the holiday spirit, or should I say spirits ;), in everyone.
Also, Marianne and I will be serving soup and salad for lunch.
So here's what you need to bring:
1. 4 dozen cookies on a platter or plate.
2. A container large enough to hold 4 dozen cookies to take home.
3. Alcohol of some kind, festively wrapped, with no name tag.
4. An appetite.
So let's put some spirit(s) :) into this Cookie Exchange and put the Festive back in the holidays!
