Please join us on Sunday, June 10th from 1-5, at the home of Sue and Paul Gillis for our Newcomers End of the Year Summer BBQ. Before we break for Summer, let's get together and celebrate a year filled with great fun, new friends, and wonderful memories.
Included in the day's festivities will be a cookout with hamburgers and hotdogs, chips, lemonade, and water provided. We ask that everyone bring a side dish and BYOB.
** Please do not bring anything with pineapples, as the hostess is severely allergic **
We'll also have activities set up (like volleyball & badminton) for the kids to do at their leisure. We do ask that you keep an eye on your kids as Paul and Sue's yard is quite large and we don't want them wandering off :) Also, the house will be open for bathroom use and use of the kitchen for food prep, but the party will take place outside.
Again this year we will have a Bake-Off. The categories are: 9x13 Dessert, Pie and Cookies. (Please remember no pineapples.) The judging will start at 3:00 and all desserts will be available for sampling after judging. When you arrive, you may put your entry on the dining room table. Amazing prizes will be awarded, so we hope we will have many participants ;) Good luck!
A tent will be provided for shade or rain so please plan to come regardless of weather.
