Join RNC ClubFIT at the Parks and Recreation Center at 195 Danbury Rd for some fresh air and moderate exercise.

We run or walk, depending on the mood of the group; or split into a group who prefer to run and a group who prefer to walk. It's a social with a bit of exercise.
