Let’s make the most of the warm weather and visit the Stamford Museum and Nature Center! Kids love this place--especially all of the animals at the center’s Heckscher Farm (including otters). The center also has more than 80 acres of nature trails. Since we’ll be there on a Friday, there will be a farm market to explore too.
We will meet in the parking lot near the entrance to the Museum and Nature Center. The center’s main trails are easily accessible by stroller. After we visit the animals and farm market, we can enjoy a picnic lunch or snack together (please bring your own) on the center’s scenic meadow.
Please RSVP by Wednesday, September 7.
We will all pay our own entrance fees: Adults $10, Children (4-17) $5, Children 3 and under FREE. It takes roughly 30 minutes to drive from Ridgefield’s town center to the nature center. Please visit the Stamford Museum and Nature Center’s website for directions: www.stamfordmuseum.org
