For April we're going to do something a little different. Instead of a traditional hike we'll do a brisk walk among the massive outdoor sculptures at the magnificent Storm King Art Center about an hour from Ridgefield.

If you're an art lover and haven't been to Storm King before, you're in for a treat. This is one of the world's finest sculpture parks--500 acres of fields, hills and woodlands dotted with sculptures by some of the most important and acclaimed artists of our time. 

But this will not be a mere ramble--we'll walk briskly and try to take in as much as we can in 2 hours. We'll shoot for ending around 12.30pm. 

Here are some guidelines for the walk:

- Please gather at the main entrance at 10am sharp. Note that Storm King Art Center is approximately 1h 10m drive from the center of Ridgefield.

- Kids are welcome, you can leave the organized walk at any time.

- Admission is $12 per adult at the door. Kids are $8. Kids under 5 are free.  

- No dogs are allowed on this walk.
