TRE, the newest Contemporary American restaurant in Ridgefield, will be graciously hosting our next Couple's Night Out with a private cocktail party held in their very chic and upbeat lounge area.
TRE's new and innovative Executive Chef, David Fierstein, will be preparing a selection of passed hors d'oeuvres especially for us:
- Vegetable Spring Rolls with a Sweet Sesame Sauce
- Sesame Seared Tuna Bites with Crunchy Seaweed Salad and Sweet Soy Glaze
- Smoked Salmon "Cones" topped with Creme Fraiche Mousse and Chives
- Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese Tarts
- Chicken Satay with a Spicy Peanut Sauce
In addition to these delectable bites, each couple will also receive 2 drink tickets. Cash Bar proceeding.
