The 2012 NFL football season is upon us!

This year Newcomers is starting a fantasy league hosted hosted on CBSSports.com, one of the best fantasy pool platforms out there.
Those who have played fantasy football in the past know that it's a great way to make the professional games more interesting, intense and exciting all season long. It's also a great way to learn about football. No experience is necessary, so even if you're just learning about football and/or trying to spice up the season with your significant other this is a great way to get involved. It won't be long before you're the one dashing to ESPN.com to check the stats of your team leaders from last night's game.

We will be hosting Draft Night on August 28th. This is the night when all teams will be built. We'll do typical NFL player selection by going around the room in predetermined order based on a lottery.

The sign-up fee for the 2012 fantasy football season will be $50. This serves as your anti. There will be handsome 1st & 2nd place prizes, as well other award yielding competitions. All sign up fee money is given back out in award form.

The evening Draft Night event will be BYOB. If you would like to bring a snack or small appetizer as well, please let us know via email, it would be appreciated.
