Nothings better and appealing than hot chili, worm corn fresh tortillas and a shot tequila on a chilly evening of November, so why not experience some delicious Mexican dishes this month.

Mexican cuisine is known for its varied flavors, colorful decoration and variety of spices and ingredients. Let’s have some fun in making fresh guacamole, salsa , beans and tacos. Here’s the short list of the dishes we can prepare:

Appetizers:

  • Guacamole- creamy avocado based sauce, that was created by Aztecs as early as the 16th century.
  • Tomato-mango salsa_tangy, fruity and refreshing salsa that goes well with fish, chicken or pork
  • How about chicken enchiladas  or nachos to nibble and talk?

Main course

  • Beef and bean chili or chicken & chard chili in beer (yum) with long white rice
  • Why don’t we try to make fresh corn tortillas (so easy) and assemble our own fish or chicken tacos

Desert

  • Let’s make it simple and go for fried bananas sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with chocolate  with vanilla ice cream (perfect way to clean the pallet)
