Firefly Family Yoga is pleased to announce their grand opening on March 1st at 105 Danbury Road, Suite 201

The only studio in Fairfield County specifically dedicated to facilitating yoga practice for the whole family.  Offerings include:

Vinyasa, prenatal, postnatal, Mommy/Daddy & me, kids, teen, mens', seniors and gentle yoga classes with certified and experienced instructors.  

Additional services and staff will include:

Registered Dietician

Massage therapy

Essential oils & aromatherapy

Pediatric Occupational Therapist with lactation consulting experience
