Hiking - Bennetts Pond and Pine Mountain CANCELED

Hiking is canceled due to weather.  Instead we will be meeting for breakfast at Dimitri's, located off of Prospect Street, at 9:30 am. 

After a snowy spring aren't you eager to get out for a little sunshine,  fresh air and exercise?  Join us at Bennetts Pond State Park, located off of Bennetts Farm Road for a two hour hike up to Pine Mountain. On a clear day the lookout has a view of the Long Island Sound. This is one of the more popular hikes in there area and if you haven't been up there yet you don't want to miss it.  Be sure to pack snacks, beverage, layered clothes and good hiking shoes/boots.
