ClubFIT Run, Walk, Talk on the trail at Ridgefield Parks and Recreation Center

Join RNC ClubFIT at the Ridgefield Recreation Center for a run in the fresh air.

All levels of ability welcome - a mix of run and walk will ensure everyone keeps up.  Run one minute, walk one minute - gets your heart rate up and allows recovery time for the not so fit to keep up and enjoy the workout. 

(Faster runners wishing to break away and burn rubber, will be viewed with envy and applauded, but many of us prefer an easy paced workout)
