"Stealth Health" - Liquid Nutrition
Get some tips on how to combine nutritious ingredients to make a delicious drink. I will make a green smoothie as well as a "fruit" smoothie which still includes veggies. For a hot drink in keeping with the season, I will also serve a spiced chai latte with sweet potato puree…my preferred alternative to pumpkin puree. If time permits, we can also try a matcha/moringa (“Machinga”) latte.
