Cooking with Chocolate - Chocolate can be dated back to Central America almost 4,000 years ago when cacao was made into a frothy drink, usually with spices added to it. Packed full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, it was drunk for its health-giving properties in religious ceremonies – the Aztecs even used cacao beans as a currency. So in honor of Valentine's Day, let's use chocolate in our cooking from appetizers, beverages, main courses to desserts...such a creative ingredient to use and a wonderful aphrodisiac...BYOB.
