Time for Ragin' Cajun Cooking....It is Mardi Gras time...let's kick some spice into our cooking and make some wonderful cajun dishes such as jambalaya, √©touff√©e, shrimp creole, gumbo, boudin balls, po boys, maque choux, alligator, pain perdue or any other dish with flamin' Louisiana Hot "laissez le bon temps rouler..." - BYOB.  Location:  Home of Marianne Castano and Luke Clemente (address provided with registration).
