Time for Ragin' Cajun Cooking....It is Mardi Gras time...let's kick some spice into our cooking and make some wonderful cajun dishes such as jambalaya, étouffée, shrimp creole, gumbo, boudin balls, po boys, maque choux, alligator, pain perdue or any other dish with flamin' Louisiana Hot Sauces...so "laissez le bon temps rouler..." - BYOB.  Location:  Home of Marianne Castano and Luke Clemente (address provided with registration).
