Has your fitness routine been disrupted during this time of social isolation? Do you need help and encouragement to pick up the routine again albeit in a different way?

Do you need a virtual exercise buddy or check-in buddy to help you stay accountable to a fitness goal?

Let's discuss ideas on how we can help each other stay fit while our current movements are so restricted.  Do you like the idea of forming teams to meet an exercise goal or something similar? Do you have any particular exercise videos you like on Youtube that you want to share?  If you have been able to successfully transition to the new normal in your fitness routine, please join us and share what works for you.

We want this first session to be a brainstorming session to figure out what our members need and how we can help support that. Then we plan to hold weekly check-in session just to give you all an opportunity to share what you have done in terms of your fitness activities or if you want to set goals that you want to try to achieve for the following week, we can be your cheerleaders :-)
