Cancelled: Destination Hike: Kent, CT

A must-do hike!  Macedonia Brook State Park in Kent, CT has a great trail up Cobble Mountain with a fantastic view at the top where you can see all the way to the Catskill Mountains and hopefully some beautiful fall foliage.  There is a short rock scramble which is a bit challenging, but totally doable, and the effort is worth it!

We will meet in the Stop and Shop parking lot in front of Jersey Mike's at 9:30 to organize a carpool.  The hike will take a couple hours so adding in travel time, we should be back in Ridgefield about 1:30 or 2:00.  Be sure to bring plenty of water and a snack or packed lunch.
