Easy Hike (Walk) in Baxter Preserve

If you want to hike but don't like those rocky, rooty, technical trails with big climbs, then this is the event for you! Baxter Preserve's "trails" are mowed swathes of grass that meander through the meadows surrounding one of North Salem's most scenic horse farms. Easy going with lovely vistas - you can do it in sneakers. Dogs on a leash are allowed.

Parking is limited, so we'll meet at 9:00 in the parking lot of La Bastide Restaurant at 721 Titicus Rd. in North Salem and carpool over.
