There are many misconceptions about French cuisine, some say it is full of fat, using lots of butter to cook and making sauces. This was true 20 years ago!!! Now many sauces are made from oil, stock, vegetables and herbs, making room for a lighter and more flavorful cuisine. This is why this month we will try our local French restaurant Luc's Café.

This intimate bistro is featuring a classic French-Mediterranean menu and its chef is constantly keeping in mind delivering good quality food. All of their dishes are prepared à la minute, prepared right away when you order it. Come with your friends and meet new ones!
