If we get enough people, we would like to run demo’s like this a few times a year.  Each session will include a live demo featuring practical tips and delicious recipes

                        Focus: Tips for improving digestion through fiber, hydration, and movement.

                        Demo: A gut-friendly, high-fiber meal.

               Cost: $25 per person payable in person at the door
