Buddhi Mat Yoga - Power Level Class

Please join us to an invigorating power yoga class instructed by the studio owner, Lyn Kehoe.  The description of the class is below.  While the class is free, we ask that you RSVP here so we know to expect you!  See you there!

POWER:  Buddhi Mat’s signature class is a challenging and dynamic breath guided style of heated yoga. The room is kept at approximately 90° for this powerful combination of strength, flexibility, stamina and focus. With attention on breath, presence, alignment and working from the core the sequencing is specifically designed to help create a balanced body and mind. Our Power classes start with Sun Salutations to heat the body. Followed by standing and balancing poses that we hold to build strength and endurance before we take it to the floor for abdominal work and backbending. The class is completed with some deep, opening poses that after all the heat and strength building allows for greater release and surrender.

This sweat drenching yoga practice is designed for all levels and accessible to most. No yoga experience is necessary, just a desire to be in the process. Students will be encouraged to work at their own personal level. Beginners will be given modifications, while more seasoned yogis will be guided on how take it to the next level. (90°) All Levels.
