Come a short way down Route 7 to Wilton to Hello Yoga to practice with us on Monday, 4/8 at noon. Studio owner, Annie Clark will lead a delightful, energizing practice that will inspire you throughout your day.  The class is geared toward the beginner/open level practioner. 

Practice - Begin/Open Flow. Connect your breath with your movement, learn the alignment of the poses and create a cleansing heat that will warm you from the inside out.
Our group has been offered a discounted rate of $10, paid in cash directly to the studio.  Please RSVP here so we have a head count. Hope to see you there!
