Miracle ingredient tofu is the star of this class. Known for its versatility, tofu can be cooked in countless ways, making it an excellent source of plant-based protein for main dishes. In this class, you will create a delicious three-course meal, with every dish—including dessert—featuring tofu!

Even if you think you don’t like tofu, you'll want seconds.

Menu:

• Vegan Kale Caesar Salad or Sesame & Ginger Slaw with Thai Chili & Crushed Peanuts
• Chipotle Garlic Lime Tofu and Seasonal Veggie Fajitas or Spiced Tofu Roast, Hummus, Smoky Carrots
• Oven Roasted or Grilled Soy and Ginger Tofu Steaks
• Roasted Baby Cauliflower with Creamy Mustard Vinaigrette and Sesame Pistachio Dukkah
• Coconut Panna Cotta or Silken Dark Chocolate Mousse with Seasonal Fruit Preserve

The recipes for this class are 100% plant-based and can be made gluten-free. We can also accommodate most other dietary needs and allergies.
