Let's embrace Indian spices and flavors and get a masterclass from  Gunjan Sharma.
    Here's the short list of the dishes we can prepare:
1. Indian lentil soup
2. Palak paneer (spinach with Indian cheese)
3. veggie samosas
4. Chicken vindaloo, Tika masala or saag chicken
5. Chicken curry or veggie Curry
As for desert, why don't we try to make deliciously creamy, rice and milk pudding with cashews and raisins, called payasam or sandesh super hit sweet, made with cottage cheese, cardamom and saffron. One of the easiest way to please the sweet tooth!

  Just let us know whatever you decide to prepare.
